Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, an active state insurance license, and at least 4 years of experience in commercial insurance client management or sales, with a plus for relevant professional certifications such as RPLU, CPCU, or ARM. Experience with professional liability, management liability, or cyber liability is also preferred, along with skills in managing and prioritizing workloads to meet client needs and a proven ability to consistently meet sales goals.
The Account Executive will maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline hygiene, convert inbound leads and self-sourced opportunities, act as a trusted advisory by understanding client needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions, partner with the Client Success team to ensure a smooth transition, and leverage client feedback to improve Embroker’s products. They will also collaborate cross-functionally, perform other duties as assigned, and maintain a high conversion rate in line with team benchmarks.
