Strong understanding of the open-source development lifecycle and community dynamics is required, along with expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and other modern infrastructure tools. Familiarity with build tools like Bazel and CI/CD systems is also expected, and experience with AI frameworks, LLM integrations, or observability platforms, as well as Go, Python, and TypeScript, are considered a plus.
The Open Source Infrastructure Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and the open-source community to architect and scale infrastructure supporting Arize Phoenix's growth. Responsibilities include enabling and enhancing Phoenix's SaaS capabilities by building features like central authentication, data retention, and capacity scaling. The role also involves building a robust set of infrastructure tools and services to alleviate operations across Arize's product offerings.
