Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment (top 10% performer), and be energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious. They should also be adaptable with experience in high-velocity technology companies, proficient in using Salesforce, and familiar with open source technology, along with excellent communication skills across various channels and familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across the West Coast Region of the US, identifying and nurturing opportunities with both new and existing customers, managing forecasts and tracking customer data, and cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads. They will articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, manage the sales process from initial contact to proposal and negotiation, become an expert in Salesforce, manage quote creation, order processing, and customer requests, and hand off a strong relationship to the Customer Success team.
