Requirements

Candidates must have a proven successful track record selling high-technology products to FTSE 250 companies, with a minimum of 2-4 years in enterprise-level quota-driven sales environments. Strong knowledge of security technology, excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and the ability to identify and influence key decision-makers are essential. Experience in the IT security industry, familiarity with formal sales training methodologies, strong business acumen, professionalism, leadership, and accountability are preferred. Salesforce.com experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within enterprise clients and growing existing client relationships by positioning CrowdStrike as the preferred supplier. This role involves meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas, managing the sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals, and building a strong pipeline. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships, networking within client organizations, influencing key decision-makers, acting as a CrowdStrike ambassador, articulating the company's value proposition, developing account plans, leading virtual teams to close opportunities, and accurately forecasting business objectives.
