About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager – Mid Enterprise, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within enterprise clients and growing existing client relationships. Your primary goal will be to position CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice within your accounts and to meet and exceed your individual sales quota by driving the sales cycle to success. You will collaborate with relevant internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals that meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent energy and drive, a strong desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts, and the ability to build effective relationships quickly. You should be adept at identifying immediate business value within accounts and leveraging internal resources to enhance it. Candidates with current strong security contacts are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager – Mid Enterprise, you will be accountable for:

  • Pipeline Development: Work closely with internal resources and individually to build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota.
  • Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities while establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships up to executive-levels within your assigned portfolio.
  • Key Stakeholder Influence: Network within client businesses and influence key decision-makers, typically at the C-level.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts.
  • Value Proposition Articulation: Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within your customer base.
  • Account Planning: Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each account within your assigned portfolio.
  • Opportunity Management: Lead virtual teams, collaborating with internal teams to drive and close opportunities.
  • Forecasting: Take control of opportunities and accurately forecast their business objectives and outcomes.

What You'll Need

As a Regional Sales Manager – Mid Enterprise, your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Sales Track Record: Proven successful track record in a similar role selling high-technology products to FTSE 250 companies.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to network at multiple levels within an account, up to C-Level.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong Security Technology knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Value Creation: Ability to create and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Influence: Ability to identify and influence key decision-makers.
  • Quota Attainment: Ability to succeed in a quota-driven sales environment at an Enterprise level for a minimum of 2–4 years.
  • Industry Experience: Sales track record in the IT security industry is preferred.
  • Deal Size: Capable of closing solutions and services opportunities in the range of $150k–$1m.
  • Sales Methodologies: Familiarity with formal sales training methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Miller-Hieman, TAS).
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and professionalism.
  • Leadership Qualities: Leadership and accountability qualities are required.
  • CRM Experience: Salesforce.com experience is preferred.
