The Cold Calling Specialist will make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote services, and develop and rehearse scripts that effectively convey the company's value proposition. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential leads through strategic questioning and listening, logging all interactions, and maintaining organized records in the CRM. The specialist will collaborate with the sales team to refine cold calling techniques and improve conversion rates, follow up on leads to nurture relationships, and analyze calling performance metrics to inform future strategies and improve outcomes.
