Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP), possess experience with Epic and a deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows, and demonstrate a passion for problem-solving and creating new opportunities for clinicians. A proven track record of leading successful initiatives from conception through launch, the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical workflows and regulatory requirements, are essential. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment is also required, with up to 20% travel expected.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Success Director will provide clinician enablement through education and training, develop collateral and strategies for user adoption, and manage relationships with external clinical champions. They will surface product feedback by offering expert advice on clinical documentation strategies and collaborate with product teams to define a clinical product roadmap. Responsibilities also include providing product strategy recommendations based on aggregated user feedback, developing artifacts to articulate product enhancement benefits, and tracking end-user utilization and clinical success metrics. Additionally, the role involves evangelizing product capabilities and direction to prospective customers through sales collateral and product demonstrations.
