Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a general management role, preferably within the financial services or payments industry. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving business growth are essential, alongside experience in partnership development and P&L management. A deep understanding of financial services and regulatory compliance is also required.
As the General Manager, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner brands, develop and execute a strategic vision for the credit card program aligned with their business objectives, drive the acquisition of new cardholders and maximize existing cardholder value, collaborate with the brand’s marketing team to create promotional campaigns, monitor and analyze program performance, implement risk management strategies, generate regular reports on program performance, and conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also work cross-functionally with internal teams and partner teams to execute innovative initiatives and ensure program success.
Designs and manages co-branded credit card programs
