The Growth team at Imprint is dedicated to driving business expansion. This includes shaping go-to-market strategies, launching and managing partner programs, and scaling growth through new cardholder acquisition and existing cardholder engagement. The team encompasses business development, marketing, partner success, brand, and product functions, working collaboratively with the leadership team to champion our partners' needs and objectives.
This role is based in Imprint’s New York City office.
As the General Manager for a strategically vital co-brand credit card program at Imprint Payments, you will be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining robust, multi-level relationships with our partners. Your primary focus will be ensuring the continuous and sustainable growth of the program. This position demands a strategic mindset, a strong background in partnership development and P&L management, and a comprehensive understanding of financial services. You will be responsible for defining and executing the overall relationship and marketing strategies for the program, ensuring alignment with the business objectives of both Imprint and our partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and brand partners to implement innovative, value-driven initiatives that position Imprint’s programs as top performers across all key performance indicators.

Imprint designs and manages co-branded credit card programs for well-known American brands. By partnering with these brands, Imprint creates credit cards that attract modern consumers, aiming to enhance the value of their partners' customer relationships. The company focuses on increasing metrics such as average spending, shopping frequency, and annual sales for cardholders. Imprint's process is notably faster than traditional credit card issuers, allowing them to launch new programs in about three months instead of the typical 18 months. Additionally, Imprint prioritizes customer service, offering a premium experience to cardholders. The goal of Imprint is to provide brands with effective credit card solutions that drive customer loyalty and sales.
