Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of project or program management experience, along with strong knowledge of clinical trial requirements and experience providing client oversight/management. A clear understanding of best business practices related to project management processes and methodologies is also required, as well as proven leadership skills and excellent organizational management skills.
The Director, Clinical Operations will actively provide guidance and review the scope of work against objectives, timelines, and quality for clinical projects, ensuring project budgets meet company and financial targets. They will establish client expectations for project delivery, assess project risks and scope, improve business processes, ensure compliance with company SOPs and ICH-GCP guidelines, oversee external vendor performance, coach and advise the clinical operations and project management team, support senior management and Quality Assurance, and participate in RFP activities and project management tasks for clinical trials.
