Requirements

Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in consultation and configuration for complex technology implementations, including integrations and portals. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience implementing the ServiceNow Technology Workflow solution suite is required, along with extensive experience across leading technology software platforms. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult senior leaders is also essential, as is experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

The Principal Solution Architect will consult with customers on implementing ServiceNow's Technology Workflow solutions, focusing on accelerating business outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting pre-sales activities, leading solutioning discussions, estimating implementation efforts, and acting as a lead member of project teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. The role involves interacting with senior leadership to discuss implementation roadmaps and change management, designing solutions using Technology Workflow capabilities, and publishing common customer use cases. Additionally, the architect will establish relationships with product owners, lead learning events, promote continuous improvement for delivery materials, and enable other delivery team members and partners. Up to 50% travel is expected.
