Responsibilities

  • Provides engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff involving EP products
  • Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business
  • Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support on an as-needed basis
  • Develops, leads, and/or facilitates trainings and other programs on EP products to healthcare professionals
  • Provides insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and components of next generation products
  • Provides regional EP procedural case coverage
  • Provides back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, trouble shooting, and new product in-service training to physicians, nurses, and sales representatives
  • Assists Training and Education departments with advanced educational seminars and preparation of educational materials
  • Assists Sales with advanced product demonstrations to visiting physicians and sales personnel
