Responsibilities

  • Train, educate, and support HCPs on the clinical use of company products
  • Support clinical sites to complete product evaluations
  • Obtain and translate customer/clinician feedback to internal teams
  • Deliver product presentations and provide clinical expertise
  • Establish standards of practice involving company products
  • Act as a clinical liaison between product/business teams and end-user customers
  • Lead and coordinate educational events and training symposia
  • Act as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships with customers
  • Participate in developing training programs and materials
  • Maintain sample inventories and distribute samples in compliance
  • Provide complete and timely documentation of customer interactions
