The Clinical Customer Success Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff and operational leaders, acting as a trusted clinical resource. They will lead product implementations, aligning solutions with nursing workflows, train nursing teams on the effective use of Hippocratic AI solutions, identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient care outcomes, manage day-to-day client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, establish metrics to measure success, travel extensively to healthcare facilities for onsite support and training, and collaborate with the nursing leadership team to share best practices and present at conferences/webinars.
