Candidates must possess expertise in implementing ServiceNow Workflows Solutions including HR Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, Workplace/Facility Service Delivery, Employee Service Management Solutions, and Finance & Supply Chain Solutions. The role requires a focus on solving customer challenges, providing support during sales cycles and direct customer engagements, and advocating for customer needs within ServiceNow. Experience in guiding customers through digital transformation, leading solutioning and scoping discussions, and driving the successful delivery of strategic, multi-workflow projects is essential. The ability to provide thought leadership, best practices, and expert guidance to ensure long-term customer value from the ServiceNow platform is also required. Engagement with senior stakeholders to align business objectives with technology solutions and experience in establishing strong governance frameworks, reducing technical debt, and enabling scalable solutions are necessary. Experience in promoting continuous improvement practices for delivery/engagement materials is also a requirement.
The Principal Workflow Architect will consult with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflows Solutions based on best practices to accelerate business outcomes. They will support pre-sales activities, including sales presentations and solutioning/scoping discussions, and estimate implementation efforts. The architect will act as a lead member of project teams focused on delivering successful customer outcomes by ensuring inter-connectivity between Workflow applications and the customer's technology landscape, while also informing customers on governance best practices. They will interact with senior leadership and CXOs to discuss implementation roadmaps and change management best practices. The role involves designing solutions for common customer use cases and publishing these for broader consumption. Additionally, the architect will establish relationships with Workflow product owners to promote awareness of capabilities and roadmaps, and lead learning events to showcase customer use cases and successes.
