The Clinical Account Manager will ensure post-sale success and satisfaction of SmithRx customers by providing pharmacy benefit analysis and clinical consultation. They will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner for clinical pharmacy services, offering clinical support and enablement to internal departments. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and account managers to provide clinical expertise, analyzing claims data for trends and cost savings, explaining formulary and clinical program value, recommending clinical programs, communicating drug information and market trends, and creating clinical marketing materials. The role also involves guiding account management on clinical aspects of client reviews and incorporating treatment guidelines into presentations.
