Candidates must have a strong understanding of clinical workflows and proficiency in EHR systems, data analysis tools, and project management software. A minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing EHR platforms is required, along with excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences. The ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and lead initiatives to influence stakeholder adoption of new technologies is also essential.
The Clinical Informaticist will design, implement, and maintain EHR and other clinical system configurations to align with clinical needs and best practices. They will collaborate with clinicians to assess workflows and design system functionalities that improve efficiency, and facilitate the adoption of new EHR functionalities by providing support and managing change. This role involves staying updated on healthcare technologies, acting as a liaison between clinical staff and tech teams, and driving improvements in EHRs and clinical data systems. Additionally, the Clinical Informaticist will translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams.
