A High School diploma is required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of related sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare. Capital sales experience in a complex decision-making environment is preferred. Strong analytical skills, excellent time management and prioritization skills, and the ability to execute strategy plans are essential. Candidates must also have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile. Residence in the greater Little Rock, AR area is required, and travel up to 50%-75% with overnight stays is expected.
The Account Executive will drive sales of Baxter capital equipment and related products and services within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include generating new sales opportunities, meeting quotas, conducting negotiations, and finalizing sales. The role involves communicating and strategizing with internal collaborators, leading sales specialists and services personnel, and supervising product installations to ensure customer satisfaction. Developing strategic business relationships, plans, and pipelines is also a key responsibility.
