Excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and an organized, detail-oriented approach are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include startup experience, flexibility with competing priorities, and a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
The Clinical Implementation Manager will lead the planning and execution of projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. They will manage and allocate resources effectively, monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and conduct regular status meetings. Additionally, the role involves evaluating project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting continuous improvement and innovation within the implementation team. Collaboration with sales and account management teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation is also a key responsibility.
