Experience working with radiology groups and hospital systems is highly preferred, along with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
The Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to Rad AI’s customers throughout the post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding, product adoption, and renewal. They will proactively manage customer relationships, develop and maintain strong connections with radiology partners, become the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality, represent the voice of the customer to internal teams, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new radiology partners by engaging and educating stakeholders.
AI-driven software for radiology workflows
Rad AI enhances radiology workflows using artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and accuracy in radiological practices. Its main product, Omni Reporting, automates routine tasks, ensures follow-up on incidental findings, and improves reporting accuracy.
