While many roles can be performed globally, team members outside the Pacific time zone are expected to work at least six hours between 8 am and 5 pm Pacific time daily.
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing Modern Health’s large-scale employer relationships from their initial launch through contract renewal. You will partner with Fortune 500 companies and other large organizations to drive product adoption and engagement, ultimately ensuring client retention and growth. In this role, you will act as a product expert, strategic consultant, and mental health advocate, collaborating closely with senior HR executives and business leaders. Your insights and feedback will be crucial in refining the platform's functionality and benefits.
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Client Success.
