Requirements

Responsibilities

The Client Operations Lead will own the successful delivery of client projects from kickoff to completion, building strong client relationships and acting as a strategic partner. They will lead cross-functional teams, create project plans and timelines, manage client meetings, ensure on-time delivery, and review deliverables for quality. Responsibilities also include proactively identifying risks and opportunities for clients and communicating effectively with internal teams and clients.
