Manager, Professional Services
BranchFull Time
Senior (5 to 8 years), Expert & Leadership (9+ years)
Candidates should have 5-8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Services Strategy, Sales Operations, or GTM roles within SaaS or consulting. They must have hands-on experience creating service SKUs, pricing/packaging models, and margin frameworks that drove measurable attach-rate or utilization improvements. A strong command of service economics, including margin drivers, utilization models, and capacity planning, is essential, along with the ability to translate insights into action. Influential communication skills are needed to align Sales, Finance, and Delivery leadership for cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical and data-driven, capable of building business cases and governance frameworks that withstand executive scrutiny. They should thrive as a senior individual contributor, balancing strategic design with tactical execution and be comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Experience in consulting commercialization, SaaS implementation services, partner delivery models, GRC, audit, or compliance, and proficiency with Salesforce, PSA platforms, or financial forecasting tools are considered nice to have.
The Services Strategy & Operations Lead will scale and operationalize the Professional Services go-to-market motion by owning service packaging and pricing, improving attach rates and margins, and partnering with Sales, Finance, and Partner Services. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining service SKUs, pricing models, and packaging strategies, developing and enforcing discount guardrails, and partnering with Finance on forecasting models. The role involves participating in strategic deal reviews, providing hands-on support for complex opportunities, and creating playbooks and training for Sales. Additionally, the Lead will collaborate with Partner Services leadership to increase partner-delivered implementations, define delivery criteria, and drive improvements in partner-paper percentage and quality. They will also monitor and improve attach rates, margin, utilization, and NNARR sourcing, identify process improvements for the service sales cycle, and build reporting and analytics for service performance and pipeline visibility.
