Candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations, client delivery, or project management, coupled with healthcare expertise and a deep understanding of health plans and digital health solutions. Strong operational skills including project management, business requirements gathering, relationship management, distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills, impeccable business judgment, and experience with data and analytics tools are essential. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for details, responsiveness, and organization, are also required.
The Client Delivery Manager will own client implementations for direct employers and partners, working cross-functionally with various teams to onboard clients and prepare for scale. Responsibilities include defining and developing implementation plans, leading client implementations by building relationships and communicating project status, leading cross-functional projects, managing inbound and outbound client files via SFTP, identifying and resolving implementation risks, ensuring quality and satisfaction on all client implementations, identifying and implementing continuous process improvement opportunities, and owning the execution of internal and external projects while maintaining high service levels.
