Responsibilities

  • Manage independent client relationships with excellent communication to build trust, dig for insights, and set expectations
  • Serve as category and client brand/business expert to internal teams
  • Foster team member agency relationships for integration and collaboration
  • Proactively manage client expectations, partnering with Project Management on risks and opportunities
  • Support Client Experience deliverables like Annual Planning, 360 Scorecard, financial forecasting, Whole Brand Assessment, and Team Annual Huddles
  • Understand and apply Whole Brand Spectrum to support client needs
  • Work with Director and VP/Client Experience on long-term Whole Brand transformation and growth plans
  • Contribute to brave ideas by ideating, providing client insights, setting expectations, aligning teams, connecting resources, and pre-selling work
  • Ensure all deliverables are concepted based on aligned strategic brief, meeting objectives, timing, and budget
  • Embrace and set example for diverse and inclusive environment
  • Independently run large projects from inception to in-market delivery with cross-agency teams, keeping communication and roles clear
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior leadership timely with problem-solving mentality
  • Keep team calm, focused, and inspired
  • Partner with Director on financial needs, invoicing, POs, estimates, etc
