Responsibilities

The Chief Marketing Officer will shape LTSE's global brand, drive growth through customer insight and strategic marketing, and inspire companies and investors to embrace long-term thinking. This role involves driving marketing through a P&L lens, linking marketing activities to tangible business and financial outcomes, and aligning marketing investments with measurable business and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining a powerful value proposition and brand identity, driving the brand to link it to LTSE's growth, and being accountable for key metrics that drive growth including integrated marketing and sales pipeline management. The CMO will champion a customer-centric culture, ensure positive customer experiences, and lead/partner in Institutional Clients Relationship Management. They will also cultivate cross-functional relationships with various teams to embed marketing across the business and influence the product and service roadmap.
