Responsibilities

  • Category Leadership: Define and amplify Vantage’s category narrative around orchestration, interoperability, and the evolution of Retail Media. Lead analyst relations, shape conference keynotes, and drive industry conversations that position Vantage as the category leader
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Lead the creation of compelling product messaging that resonates with various target audiences. Ensure consistent positioning across marketing materials, sales collateral, and digital channels to communicate Vantage’s value proposition effectively
  • Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and oversee a cohesive marketing strategy that leverages product marketing, content, and digital channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Website and online presence: Lead rebranding initiatives, refreshing brand identity and digital assets, and aligning the website and online presence with new brand positioning
  • Paid Media: Strategically allocate paid media resources across channels (display, search, social, and industry platforms) to amplify reach, targeting customer acquisition and brand building
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Establish Vantage as an industry thought leader through events, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs
  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Design programs that foster client loyalty through email marketing, social media, and personalized campaigns
  • Sales Support & GTM Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership to define and deliver marketing-sourced pipeline goals; provide resources that drive qualified leads and accelerate deal cycles
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns; continuously monitor and refine strategies to maximize engagement and conversions
  • Pipeline & Revenue Impact: Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and work with the CRO to measure marketing’s contribution to ARR growth; use attribution data and funnel analytics to optimize for revenue impact
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze key marketing metrics; use insights to inform strategies and improve ROI
  • Building a Team: Lead and manage the marketing team; recruit talent, mentor, and establish growth pathways and a collaborative culture
