Proven channel management experience with a strong achievement against quota is required, along with extensive experience in growing top Distribution Managed Partners. Experience collaborating with diverse teams on marketing activities and optimizing partner investment returns is necessary. Strong presentation skills for technical and business material, the ability to work independently and remotely with a strong work ethic, and a willingness to travel over 50% of the time are also essential.
This role involves managing and enabling Channel Partners within the Cohesity Partner Ecosystem, with a primary focus on building and handling account and partner plans to strategically grow pipeline and manage conversion. Responsibilities include collaborating with partners to drive bookings and ensure excellent customer experiences, identifying, recruiting, and developing new partners, forecasting partner pipeline conversion, and developing sales strategies and business plans for assigned partners. The role also requires enabling partner sales and technical teams, tracking partner performance, developing selling and services opportunities within partner organizations, and coordinating marketing activities to maximize return on investment.
