Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 6 years of channel sales experience in cybersecurity or a related technology field. A minimum of 2 years of people management experience, preferably in a channel organization, is required. Proven success in team leadership, performance management, and meeting or exceeding team revenue targets is essential, along with a strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner relationships. Experience working with inside sales teams and understanding their motions, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Corporate Channel Sales will lead a team of Channel Account Managers (CAMs) supporting the inside sales organization and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth through the partner ecosystem. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing team performance metrics, ensuring effective collaboration between CAMs and Corporate Sales teams, and providing coaching and mentoring to CAMs for quota achievement and professional development. The role also involves overseeing partner enablement activities, implementing standardized processes for partner engagement, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Technical teams to support channel initiatives.
