The Strategic Partner Development Manager will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves developing and executing strategic account plans to drive client growth and achieve mutual business objectives, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and conducting effective business reviews. The manager will also work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), report on account performance to senior management, and collaborate with partner stakeholders on co-marketing activities.
