Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers (Residential and Commercial) and a Commercial Invoicing Specialist
  • Establish consistent partner engagement strategies to strengthen network performance and satisfaction
  • Monitor partner health metrics, SLAs, and performance trends to drive accountability
  • Provide clear operational direction and support for scaling both residential and commercial programs
  • Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce dashboards and reports to track team performance and partner KPIs
  • Use data insights to identify trends, surface risks, and recommend strategic improvements
  • Partner with Procurement and Director of Field Operations to ensure invoicing accuracy and timely issue resolution
  • Define workflows and reporting cadences to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance partner lifecycle management
  • Provide leadership input on partner capacity planning, strategic sourcing, and coverage expansion
  • Represent PAM initiatives in leadership meetings, aligning team goals with company objectives
  • Support organizational readiness for scaling operations and evolving partner programs
