Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR consultation, coaching, and support to leaders to enhance talent management, engagement, and performance
  • Partner with leaders to translate business strategy into talent plans and implement strategic people initiatives
  • Advise leaders on core HR programs including performance management, development planning, employee relations, compensation, and engagement
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure key people practices deliver positive associate experiences and act as an associate advocate
  • Provide advice and counseling across all HR disciplines, ensure policy compliance, and conduct investigations as required
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to develop, facilitate, and execute HR programs aligned with business and sustainability goals
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, talent review, and succession planning processes
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and seize opportunities in the business unit
