Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English (English is the primary working language)
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development with a proven track record of both generating leads and contributing to revenue targets (experience in SaaS, Human Resources Services, or E-learning highly preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience in being measured by and achieving sales-related quotas/targets
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to drive business growth
  • A "test and learn" mindset with a proven ability to innovate, experiment, and iterate on outreach strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • A high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a strong capacity for rapid learning

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and engage potential B2B clients and key contacts within target industries
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel lead generation strategy to build a robust sales pipeline, including:
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners and resellers to establish and scale an indirect sales pipeline
  • Cross-Industry Collaboration: Forge and nurture co-marketing and business development partnerships with complementary organizations to unlock new lead sources
  • Marketing-Driven Initiatives: Design and launch campaigns aimed at generating high-quality B2B leads
  • Direct Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify, research, and engage key contacts within target industries through personalized email campaigns and social media outreach
  • Nurture leads and build relationships with potential customers and partners, clearly articulating Cambly's value proposition and aligning it with their business needs
  • Manage the full sales development cycle, from initial prospecting to scheduling qualified meetings and assisting the Sales team in closing deals to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and lead information in our CRM system
