Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in telesales, ideally in logistics, courier, or a related industry
  • Native Greek speaker, fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills with a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable using CRMs, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools
  • Ability to quickly build rapport, handle objections, and maintain positive relationships
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls – Reach out to potential clients, presenting XP Courier’s premium services and understanding their logistics needs
  • Lead Generation – Identify and qualify prospects via cold calls, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels
  • Client Relationships – Build strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective customers to boost retention
  • Sales Goals – Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Product Expertise – Gain deep knowledge of XP Courier's services, pricing, and competitive advantages
  • CRM Management – Log all sales activity and client interactions in our CRM system
  • Follow-Ups – Conduct timely follow-ups to close deals, resolve inquiries, and support clients post-sale
  • Market Insights – Collect customer feedback and monitor competitor trends to support strategy development
