The Logistics Product Manager will design, deploy, and optimize delivery workflows for key customers, translating their needs into scalable product configurations. They will act as the voice of the customer, influencing product features and internal tooling, and collaborating closely with engineering to enhance the delivery platform. This role involves owning high-impact implementations, managing customer onboarding and expansion, and troubleshooting complex scenarios with operations teams and delivery partners.
