Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sourcing experience, preferably for sales roles
  • 2+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter with a response rate of 25%+
  • Ability to create Boolean Search Strings
  • Detail oriented and organized, proficient with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication and ability to craft an attention-grabbing but concise message to attract passive candidates

Responsibilities

  • Directly source hard-to-find candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, career sites, internal and external networks
  • Compose compelling email campaigns provide highlights to attract passive talent
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS
  • Support Talent Acquisition partners in lead generation and prescreens
  • Manage and track outbound sourcing projects
  • Attend weekly 1:1 meetings with assigned Recruiters and team to receive feedback on submittals
  • Attend intakes with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand assignments and profiles
  • Track candidate activity to provide clear updates using strong organizational skills
