The role is hybrid and based in Salt Lake City, Utah (Lehi).
Expertise in lead-generation tools such as SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and account-based marketing tools is required, along with skills in outbound and inbound business development, outreach via phone, email, social media, and using outreach cadences.
BDRs can participate in the Glia Sales Academy, a training program with theoretical instruction, hands-on practice, role-playing, case studies, and mentorship to develop skills for advancing to Account Executive roles.
Glia seeks a results-oriented, motivated hunter who is energized and eager to work with Account Executives to build qualified sales pipeline through outreach and lead generation.
