Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally with SaaS or technology solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an early-stage startup environment, exceeding KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively write and influence decision makers resulting in customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, particularly in managing inbound leads and outbound methodologies
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical concepts and value propositions
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound calls and targeted emails to potential clients
  • Qualify prospective customers through targeted questions about their business strategy and leverage this information to align and sell Read AI
  • Spend roughly 75% of the time qualifying prospects for the sales team through outbound prospecting efforts and 25% of the time qualifying inbound leads
  • Use the CRM strategically to record information and identify further opportunities in assigned territory
  • Create and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns through a mix of call and email outreach
  • Work closely with Account Executives to help account plan and build out sales strategy
  • Receive hands-on training with an emphasis on strategic discovery and thorough qualification
