The Inside Sales Representative will drive new business by targeting new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone and email. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, communicating with Spanish-speaking customers, balancing sales meeting schedules, and ensuring active Keeper contracts. The role also involves building a prospect pipeline, acting as a product subject matter expert, participating in sales activities, developing prospect relationships, utilizing Salesforce for pipeline management, and facilitating proposal reviews.
