The Business Development Representative will identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, list building, emailing, and social media outreach. They will qualify outbound leads to assess their suitability and potential, schedule appointments and demos for the sales team, maintain accurate lead interaction records in the CRM, and conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
