Requirements

Candidates should have experience in a BDR role, be excited to hunt for new business opportunities, possess the ability to strategically research and develop accounts for prospecting, be comfortable cold calling, and be comfortable in front of the camera. Experience prospecting into an existing customer base is an asset.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, you will construct strategic B2B account prospecting lists and target them, examine data around existing free users of the tool and work to convert them to paying customers, build consultative relationships with Marketing & Sales leaders to understand wants/needs of an organization, leverage video, phone, email, and social selling techniques to breakthrough to prospective customers, own weekly and monthly goals centered around activity & pipeline generation, and work closely with the Account Executive Team to generate new business opportunities and Account Management Team to drive strategic upsell opportunities.
