Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed to build rapport with clients. A results-oriented mindset with the ability and experience to meet or exceed targets is required. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads and track progress is preferred. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are necessary. A 3-month on-site training period in the Manila office is also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will review all brands that start the sign-up process and their profiles. They will conduct welcome introductory calls with new clients, answer questions, handle objections, and clarify the value proposition. This role involves understanding client needs, managing expectations, and educating brands on the product. The representative will qualify which plan is most appropriate and cost-effective for the brand, setting expectations for best practices and client actions to maximize tracking, content, promotion, and commission. Responsibilities also include using Salesforce for admin tasks, keeping records up-to-date, and setting up communication flows. Additionally, they will provide feedback to the internal business on common insights and objections, such as why clients sign up, install, or uninstall the product.
