The Business Development Associate should have at least 1 year of experience in making cold calls and possess considerable knowledge or work experience in the home services industry. Enterprise sales experience is a plus, and the ideal candidate will be results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals, possessing business acumen and a drive to learn about partner industries.
The Business Development Associate will prospect and qualify opportunities for enterprise-level partnerships, often collaborating with Director, VP, and C-Level executives. Responsibilities include making contact with prospects through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, creating and presenting business solutions, and working effectively with all departments, especially Account Management counterparts. The BDA will also communicate the status of prospecting, negotiations, contract agreements, new partnership launches, growth, and potential risks to leadership.
