Candidates should possess at least one year of sales experience, preferably in software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, with a proven record of attaining sales goals. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a healthcare background is a plus. Familiarity with web-based cloud applications and technology, such as Salesforce or Hubspot, is beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional presence, are necessary for this client-facing role.
The Business Development Representative will generate and provide qualified leads to the team of Account Executives via strategic outbound prospecting, coordinate meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives, attend sales meetings and sales presentations, provide diligent notes and supporting tasks, collaborate with the Marketing team, attend industry events to promote the Propelus brand and generate leads, provide sales support for onboarding new clients, and deliver WOW customer service to clients and prospects.
