Requirements

Candidates must possess a proven ability to develop new customer relationships and strong communication skills. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Partner Management within the IT distribution or IT vendor ecosystem is required. Experience working with IT distributors, partners, and/or vendors, along with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure solutions (hardware, software, or hybrid models) is essential. A proactive, self-driven mindset, a "can-do" attitude, good knowledge of the local Latvian/Baltic IT market, and fluency in both English and Latvian are also necessary qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will drive the growth of Arrow's IT solutions portfolio across the Baltics by developing strategic partnerships, growing vendor-aligned sales initiatives, and managing key client and reseller relationships. Daily activities include identifying key reseller partners with growth potential and supporting them with necessary tools and training. Core tasks involve executing business plans aligned with vendor strategies, identifying and onboarding new partners, enabling partners through sales training, building strong relationships with vendors and partners, collaborating on lead-generation campaigns, and forecasting business opportunities.
