Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in complex enterprise sales / business development
  • Ideally experience in the consulting, staffing or the technology industry
  • Full fluency in English (essential), Arabic (a plus)
  • Excellent formal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to have 1-1 interactions with C-level decision makers
  • Excited about creating something new in a booming market
  • Based in Dubai to cover UAE and KSA markets

Responsibilities

  • Develop key accounts (tier 1 consulting firms, public sector, large private organisations of 2000 FTE and above)
  • Define client territory by industry and size based on existing Malt footprint
  • Design, implement, and execute go-to-market plan to grow business with each account
  • Become a trusted advisor for clients, helping them adapt organisation and processes for flexible talent strategy
  • Network with consultants in the region to understand rise of consulting, challenges, and opportunities
  • Educate the market on using independent consultants and freelancers for agility and flexibility
  • Provide local insights from users to enhance product and Malt value proposition
  • Support Middle East launch and commercial team with external analyses, benchmarks, customer experience optimization, sector analyses, and freelance feedback
