Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of business-to-business sales experience in professional services or technology solutions, with a proven track record of success and stability in sales. Experience with lead generation, key account targeting, qualifying, and closing new business is required, along with a demonstrated understanding of a customer-centric sales methodology. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of enterprise-level sales experience in localization, financial, or legal verticals, the ability to create and execute business development strategies, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will support existing and acquire new business in legal, life sciences, or localization sectors, initially supporting existing Business Development Directors and subsequently growing their own client base. Responsibilities include managing key customer accounts, driving customer satisfaction scores, identifying new business opportunities through research and data analysis, and assisting with presentations and proposal delivery. The role involves prospecting new clients, maintaining customer data in Salesforce, coordinating RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, defining value propositions, and contributing to sales and marketing efforts to achieve closed sales above budget. Additionally, the BDM will take responsibility for designated clients and projects, collaborating with global teams to align expectations and deliverables.
