Requirements

The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated, energetic individual with strong relationship-building skills and comfort in conducting in-depth business discussions with senior stakeholders. Excellent execution, results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter capabilities are essential. Strong negotiation and communication skills, including effective cold calling, are required, along with a focus on solution sales and selling on value, backed by experience in a BDM role. Commercial mindedness, a strong motivation to succeed in a high-performing sales team, and flexibility to adapt to market changes are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will lead business development activities and develop acquisition strategies to win new clients in sectors such as automotive, fast-moving consumer goods, electronics, and energy. This role is responsible for market expansion by acquiring new customers in allocated territories interested in long-term investment in ICIS products and solutions. The manager will partner with customers to identify challenges and business needs, establishing the best solutions ICIS can provide. Key duties include navigating prospect organizations to identify and connect with stakeholders, nurturing opportunities, communicating the value proposition through discussions and demos, managing and closing a sales pipeline, and maintaining customer information in CRM databases.
