The Business Development Manager will lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs to achieve outreach, demo booking, and pipeline generation KPIs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing outbound strategies, partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership, owning SDR performance management (hiring, onboarding, training, coaching), analyzing team performance with KPIs and CRM data, and evaluating tools to improve productivity. The role involves real-time shadowing, feedback, scenario-based training, and carrying a personal quota.
