A proven track record in sales or direct customer acquisition, experience navigating regulatory compliance, and the ability to develop client acquisition processes are essential. Deep expertise in high net worth financial topics, creative problem-solving skills, public speaking ability, and an independent, intellectually curious mindset are also required. Familiarity with modern AI tools and data analysis languages like SQL or Python is a plus.
This role involves directly acquiring and advocating for high net worth investors by attracting, acquiring, and retaining them on the Public platform. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects from various sources and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales goals. The Sales Manager will represent the firm and leverage all available assets and functions to drive investor engagement and growth.
