Requirements

Deep technical expertise in workflow automation solutions and integration with various APIs
Strong understanding of automation concepts, including orchestration, automation, and AI
Experience with Tines platform or similar automation tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze customer tools, processes, and pain points to guide them in establishing an automation roadmap
Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenging Story builds
Ability to work in a remote environment and be based in MST or CST time zones
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and highlight what is and what isn't suitable for an automation workflow
Experience with project management and customer success engineering
Strong advocacy skills to promote the Professional Services Team within Tines

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical authority in the Tines platform, specializing in integrating and optimizing workflow automation solutions
Guide customers through scoping out automation Stories to suit their individual requirements and design, build, and deploy these solutions
Partner with Customer Success Engineering, Customer Success Management, and Project Management Teams to align on project goals and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure service offerings and product enhancements align with evolving customer requirements
Shape the future of the Professional Services organization and contribute to the development of processes and procedures
Analyze customer tools, processes, and pain points to guide them in establishing an automation roadmap
Identify and highlight what is and what isn't suitable for an automation workflow
Design and develop Automation Stories in the customer Tines tenant, connecting tools together using their APIs
Partner closely with customers to ensure that the Stories meet their requirements and provide guidance on test plans
Act as a resident automation engineer for customers, working as a member of the customer team to help them plan their automation roadmap and achieve their automation goals
