Requirements

Successful track record of managing (planning and delivery) complex, interdisciplinary projects
Preferred: 10 years of experience in healthcare technology solutions sales for both public and private sector using a consultative sales approach, with strong demonstrated partnering and closing skills
Proven track record in managing Public Health programs, developing and implementing strategies for public and private sector engagement as an individual contributor
Good understanding of the Hungarian health system and private health sector, including hospitals, pharmaceutical industry, health insurance, and others
Knowledge of healthcare authorities’ infrastructure and agencies
Expertise with healthcare (text cuts off)

Responsibilities

Drive, manage, and execute the business and revenue of the public and private sector by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex client issues
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts; seek out and identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients
Serve as the primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality and added value
Support quotation and proposal efforts to partners, prospects, and customers
Plan, develop, coordinate, and assist with project activities through all project phases; allocate, obtain, and manage resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives; create and implement assessment processes to ensure projects are completed on time, milestones/goals are met, and adhere to approved budgets
Serve as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem-solving skills
Oversee and manage sales, marketing, delivery, and project management activities to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
Ensure accurate and efficient data collection to support project objectives and client requirements
Build, manage, and lead engagements within the Payers, Providers, Government (PPG) sector in the region and support local leaders in Czechia, Hungary and Romania
Oversee sales, operations, and strategies for both new and existing customers
Lead PPG engagements and activities, identify key players, design advocacy initiatives and campaigns, manage private partners, and develop private sector engagement models
Create performance monitoring frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and execute related activities
Handle business development, government relations, and working with NGOs
